Via the overview

The overview provides you with a quick and easy overview of the complete product range. You can view the full product range in the “INDEX” section of our webshop.

Via the coloured blocks

The coloured blocks on the home page and catalogue page allow you to browse easily through our product range. With every click on the coloured bar, the product selection is reduced in order to get to a final result corresponding with your search criteria.

Via the search bar

With the search bar you can enter products, brands product numbers, colours, sizes...in order to find the product you are looking for.

  • You can click on “add to my shopping basket” on the product page to add the product directly to your shopping basket.
  • Alternatively, you can select a product, specify the quantity and then click on ENTER to add the product directly to the shopping basket.
  • On the product list, you can also first specify the quantity for each item and then click at the top or the bottom of the page on “add to the shopping basket”. You can add products to your shopping basket by means of all of the above options.
In order to be sure that the products are actually placed in the shopping basket, you can check by sliding over the icon of the shopping basket at the top right of your screen. A pop-up window will appear with the added products and a subtotal of the items that are currently in your basket.
No, items in your shopping basket are not reserved. You need to place an actual order to reserve the items. The items that are not in stock can be ordered. The delivery time for these items is slightly longer.

You can only place items in your shopping basket and place an order when you are logged in.

Go to “login” at the top right of the page and enter your company details. Are you a new customer? Register “here” and we’ll send you your login details. (Note: this webshop is for B2B customers only)

Yes, that’s possible. The only difference is that the items in stock can be delivered quicker. Items that are not in stock will be delivered after X days.

You can save products on your wish list that are not in your shopping basket yet. You can find them back easily later on if you decide to purchase them.
You can request another password by going to the “login” page. You need to enter your email address and tick the “password forgotten” box. You’ll automatically receive a new password by email.

The prices are only visible when you are logged in.

Only B2B customers can log in. If you are an existing customer, you should have received an e-mail with your login details. Are you a new client? You can get your login details by registering at our webshop. After filling in this form your details will be processed and you’ll receive your login details within 5 working days so you can start enjoying our webshop services.
You can modify your details by going to “my account” and then to “view your company details”.

Yes, this is possible via “order templates”.

  • Choose a product you want to purchase. (make sure you are logged in!)
  • Select the colour and size of the product you want to order (if applicable).
  • Select the quantity of the product you want to order (if applicable).
  • Press “enter” or click on “add to shopping basket”.
  • Do you want to buy another item? You can add several items to your shopping basket.
  • Ready to pay? Go to “shopping basket” (top right).
  • Check your order and click on “pay”.
  • Check the delivery address or modify this address.
  • Check the order summery and click on “order now”.
  • You’ll receive an e-mail with your invoice.
As soon as the payment is made, your order will be prepared as soon as possible.

Tips and tricks - How to Quick-Pick
Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed anymore. .

  • Go to your account (you need to be logged in) and click on “order history”. If you can’t find your order in this section, you can assume that the order didn’t go through.
  • If you click on your shopping basket after placing the order and your products are still in the basket, you can assume that the order didn’t go through.

The order is delivered at the address specified in the account. The account address can be modified “here”. You can also specify another address in the section “payment”. 
Yes, that’s possible. In the payment section you can specify another delivery address. The products are not sent to the account address but delivered at the address you have specified.

Benelux region: we aim for next day deliveries of every order of items in stock that has been placed before 11 am. You have an urgent order or an order with deferred delivery? Contact our customer service.

Other destinations: please allow for our normal processing time of 3-4 business days + shipping time.

Our country-dependant transportation cost policy applies
Please contact Verachtert NV within 5 working days, if you receive items that you didn’t order. We’ll organise the return transport and credit the wrongly delivered items as soon as we get them back.

If you wish to return an item, contact Verachtert NV or your sales representative within 2 weeks for approval. After approval, the item can be given to the sales representative with a copy of the shipping docket or the invoice for the specific item. The credit note will be prepared as soon as the item is back at Verachtert NV. Returned items must be in mint condition, without a price tag and in the original packaging. Seasonal items that are especially ordered and products that were purchased over a year ago cannot be returned.

As soon as the products leave our depot, the responsibility for the delivery is transferred to the transporter. If you note on delivery that the box is damaged, please refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately after having refused a delivery. We’ll contact the transporter and make sure you get new products delivered.

You receive an invoice with your delivery. This invoice becomes payable 30 days after the invoicing date.

All images, photographs, drawings, information relating to weight, dimensions, colours, images of labels, etc. on the website are only for information purposes and on an indicative basis and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the contract. Colours can, to a certain extent, deviate from reality.
